Further public consultation announced
May 2012
We will be holding a series of public exhibitions throughout the local area in May to update local communities on our proposals and, in particular, the changes that we have made since the previous consultation in February 2011.
Please come along to one of these events if you would like to find out more, talk to the project team and provide feedback on the plans.
Exhibitions are taking place at:
• Lilbourne village hall on Monday 21st May, between 3pm and 7pm
• Kilsby village hall on Tuesday 22nd May, between 3pm and 7pm
• Clifton-upon-Dunsmore memorial hall on Wednesday 23rd May, between 3pm and 7pm
• ‘C Station’ on the Rugby Radio Station site on Saturday 26th May, between 12pm and 4pm

A Statement of Community Consultation (SOCC), which outlines how we intend to consult can be downloaded here
Draft application documents available to download

A number of the application documents and plans to be submitted to the Infrastructure Planning Commission (IPC) are now available to view via the downloads section.
Further documents will be added to the site in due course and in advance of an application being submitted.

The proposals are now entering a formal public consultation phase and a range of public exhibitions are planned throughout February. Please come along to one of these events if you would like to find out more, talk to the project team and provide feedback on the plans.

The Holiday Inn, Crick on Friday 11th February, 12pm to 8pm
‘C Station’ on the Rugby Radio Station site on Saturday 12th February, 10am to 4pm
Kilsby village hall on Tuesday 15th February, 4pm to 8pm
Barby village hall on Thursday 17th February, 4pm to 8pm

Preliminary Environmental Information available

The development team has compiled a set of detailed and technical information for consultation. The ‘Preliminary Environmental Information (PEI)’ is available to view via the downloads section and gives more information on the impacts and issues related to the proposals.
